Service policy
Service Inspection Charge
All vehicles brought in for service are subject to a minimum inspection charge.

This fee covers a thorough evaluation of the vehicle’s suspension system, identification of worn or loose components, diagnosis of a reported concern, or a general safety assessment.
This charge applies in all situations — including alignments where additional repairs are found to be needed, work not completed for any reason, or vehicles that cannot be aligned due to pre-existing conditions.
Inspection includes
- Road test to assess vehicle handling and performance
- Inspection for loose, worn, or damaged suspension components
- Evaluation of wheel alignment compared to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnosis of any specific concern reported by the customer
If a more in-depth diagnosis is required, we will contact you before proceeding and provide an estimated timeframe and cost at our standard hourly labor rate. No additional work is performed without your approval.
